European Maritime Day 2012 is celebrated annually on 20 May.
The purpose is to highlight the importance of seas and oceans
and the challenges facing maritime regions and sectors. European
Maritime Day 2012 will take place in Göteborg on 20 – 22 May
The purpose of Kungsfenan is to be responsible for the award ceremony of the international award Kungsfenan The Swedish Seafood Award, and to organize a national and international meeting place for issues around marine environment, sustainable fisheries and fish gastronomy.
The award ceremony takes place
21st of May 2012 in Gothenburg.
